Opened, used, worn, or altered items are not eligible for return

Custom or handmade items are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos and your order number

Approved issues will be resolved via replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if required by law or approved in writing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
