Warm a small amount between your palms and work it through the scalp in slow circles. The warm-oil head massage is one of the oldest self-care rituals there is — unhurried, grounding, and a good reason to sit still for ten minutes. Follow with your usual wash day, or leave it in as a treatment.

For your body
Massage into skin after a shower while it is still slightly damp. It warms as you work it in and leaves skin conditioned, not greasy.
